All equipment ships via ocean freight direct to the US. Allow 3–5 business days for export prep, then 25–35 days ocean transit. Once it clears customs at our facility, we coordinate last-mile delivery via flatbed truck — local deliveries take 3–5 days, regional 5–10 days, and long distance 10–15 days. All customs, duties, and shipping costs are included in the price. You'll receive tracking and our team is available for status updates anytime.
What warranty is included?
Every machine includes a full manufacturer warranty — typically 12 months or 1,000 hours, whichever comes first. Kubota engine warranties may extend beyond this depending on the model. Warranty claims are handled directly through us.
Are parts available if something breaks?
Yes. We stock common wear parts and replacement components for every machine we sell. Anything we don't have on hand, we source directly from the factory. We also provide full operator manuals and maintenance documentation.
