Order Processing

All equipment is in stock and ready to ship. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for export preparation and loading before your equipment departs.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your equipment has shipped.


Shipping Method

All equipment is shipped via Full Container Load (FCL) ocean freight from China to the United States. We use FCL exclusively to ensure the fastest possible transit times and the safest handling of your equipment.

Estimated ocean transit time: 25–35 days from departure to arrival at the US port.


Delivery Area

We deliver to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional transit time due to their geographic locations.


Last Mile Delivery

Once your equipment arrives and clears customs at our facility, we will coordinate delivery to your specified address via flatbed or step-deck truck. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  • Local deliveries (within 200 miles): 3–5 business days
  • Regional deliveries (200–800 miles): 5–10 business days
  • Long distance deliveries (800+ miles): 10–15 business days
  • Hawaii & Alaska: Additional transit time may apply

You will be contacted by our team to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive the equipment. A forklift or appropriate unloading equipment may be required depending on the machine size.


Customs & Import Duties

All customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are handled entirely by us. There are no additional import fees charged to the customer. The price you see on our website is the final price — no hidden fees or surprise charges at delivery.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the listed equipment price on our website. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your equipment has shipped, you will receive a tracking update via email. Due to the nature of ocean freight, tracking updates may not be as frequent as standard parcel shipping. Our team is always available to provide status updates upon request.


Damaged or Incorrect Equipment

All equipment undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. In the unlikely event that your equipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please document the damage with photos immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
