REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of heavy equipment, all sales are final once the equipment has been delivered. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after delivery has been completed and accepted.


Before Delivery

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before your equipment has shipped. Once the equipment has departed and is in transit, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Damaged or Defective Equipment

We take quality seriously. All equipment undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment. However, if your equipment arrives with damage or a manufacturer defect, please take the following steps:

  • Document the damage immediately with clear photos and/or video at the time of delivery
  • Do not sign off on the delivery as acceptable if visible damage is present
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your documentation

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. We will review all documented claims and work with you on a resolution which may include replacement parts or repair assistance.
