1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products
All equipment listed on our website is sourced directly from our manufacturer. We make every effort to accurately represent all products including descriptions, specifications, and images. However, minor variations in color or appearance may occur.
All equipment is brand new and has undergone quality inspection prior to shipment.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Prices include shipping, customs clearance, import duties, and all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout or upon delivery.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be honored.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
All equipment is shipped via Full Container Load (FCL) ocean freight from China to the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, port congestion, or other factors outside of our control.

6. Delivery Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:
- Someone is present at the delivery address to receive the equipment
- Adequate space and access is available for delivery vehicles
- Appropriate unloading equipment such as a forklift is available if required
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by failure to meet delivery requirements.
7. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final once equipment has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the equipment in question.
9. Equipment Use & Safety
All equipment must be operated by qualified and trained individuals only. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, operation, or maintenance of equipment. Always follow the manufacturer's operating guidelines and safety instructions provided with your equipment.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of our company and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our express written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oklahoma.
